Raines Property Management will be transitioning from accepting maintenance requests through the website (until October 31st) to accepting them through the resident portal.
If you currently have portal access, please use it to report your current and future maintenance requests. All non-emergency requests should be entered into the portal.
If you do not currently have portal access, please register as soon as possible.
To request a portal invite, please email raines1504@gmail.com. Portal access is FREE.

In an emergency, please call the Raines Property Management office at 5409510000. Select the emergency maintenance box and be sure to give your name, phone number, unit number, and a brief description of the problem.
