Springdale Terrace is a community of townhomes located on Lucas Drive in Blacksburg.  Even though it is located close to campus, it retains the feel of a traditional neighborhood.  The community is made up of 24 townhomes constructed in the early 1980's. The homeowners association provides for many of the exterior maintenance compnents including the siding, roofing, parking lot maintenance and landscaping.  There is adequate parking facilites both on the property and along town streets.
